2019/20 SCHOOL YEAR REGISTRATION CHECK-IN DAY!

WED. JULY 31ST 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m.

 

In order to receive your child’s teacher for next year parents will need to attend our registration day.  You can register for the upcoming school year by completing the following steps:

 

  1. Complete Registration Paperwork – Parents may download the back to school packet from our District website, complete, and print the forms then turn them in on registration day. We will also have computers and assistance available on registration day to complete and print the necessary forms.

 

  1.  Submit Proof of Residency – Families must prove residency each year of attendance by submitting the one of the following documents; water bill, electric bill, lease/rental agreement, home purchase agreement, land-line telephone bill.

 

  1. Submit an updated copy of immunization records – For some students it has been a while since kinder and they have received vaccinations that are not on record in the office. Please bring a copy of their current shot record so we may update the files.

 

  1.  Complete Free and Reduced Meal Application (If Applicable) – In order to be considered for free/reduced meals, families will need to complete and return the Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals.

 

Please Note: Your student’s registration will not be considered “Complete” until all steps are completed and all documents are submitted

 

 

Grade level supply lists are attached to this letter to allow you to get a head start on purchasing school supplies for next year. 

 

 

For anyone who does not attend registration day:  Teacher assignments will be mailed home on August 1st.  The office will not provide teacher assignments after registration day.
