Our March life skill is “Friendship.” We will be working on what it means to be a good friend inside and outside of school.
We will be raising money this month for childhood leukemia, through the charity “Pennies for Patients.” Please encourage your child to collect any loose change to donate to this great cause.
On March 2nd, we will be celebrating “Read Across America Day” in our classrooms. We are excited to have various member of the community joining us as guest readers. If any parents are interested in volunteering to read, please contact your child’s teacher.
“Muffins for Moms” will take place on March 10th in the Tapella center. Please join us for this special event. Students can bring their mom or another special person!
We are really excited that our 5th grade students will be screening the documentary “Screenagers” on March 21st. This will be a great learning experience for them.
Looking forward to a great month!
